The backpack is nice overall. Small and cute for my 2yr old. What I didn’t like is the top handle strap. All the pictures show it is padded nicely and layered with same print. This is NOT true. You get a plain black single non padded, no print material strap for a handle. Even though a rep from the company says they have fixed that and upgraded all backpacks in the FAQ section, I still got the plain strap. Basically, you buy a product based on images and product description but don’t expect to get what is advertised.
