Rust on the metal frame on the floor of the duffle.
Upon inspecting the duffle bag as soon as it was delivered, I observed that the metal frame underneath the Velcro floor piece, was rusted. Make sure you check the bottom of the duffle when your receive your bag. The only reason I checked this section of the bag was because the floor Velcro flap was already undone.Update: 2/14/2024I requested a replacement and it arrived yesterday. Upon inspecting, the replacement duffle, the rust condition was worse than the initial bag. I needed a bag so I've decided to return the bag with the most rust and keep the other one. I'm still disappointed that the bag has this issue and will try to remedy the issue myself at a later time. Other than the rust issue, the bag seems to be decent.

I requested a replacement and it arrived yesterday. Upon inspecting, the replacement duffle, the rust condition was worse than the initial bag. I needed a bag so I've decided to return the bag with the most rust and keep the other one. I'm still disappointed that the bag has this issue and will try to remedy the issue myself at a later time. Other than the rust issue, the bag seems to be decent.
