    I have the first dryer, the 3 tier dryer with the motor dryer that looks like this one. I had to buy this tent because when I broke my dryer cord and do not know how to repair it, and no one in my entire city repairs plugs anymore, I had to buy a new dryer motor. BUT ALL THEIR TENTS ONE YEAR LATER HAVE DIFFERENT DRYERS, which MY tent will not accommodate. So I was forced to buy an entire tent system they are now selling which they did NOT sell 2 years ago. It's called a 2 tier tent and uses this same dryer motor. UNFORTUNATELY it is NOT THE SAME DRYER. It uses buttons instead of touch areas, so buttons are tiny and can get jammed. Great. Also, it does not have the IONIZING feature!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Finally, it turns itself off when it gets over heated - WHICH HAPPENED IN 23 SECONDS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT BUY!!!!!!! VERY LOW QUALITY COMPARED TO THE FIRST ONE THEY STOPPED MAKING because they designed a new system and refused to keep making dryer motors for the old system. After so many requests for dryer replacements they conveniently started making this SMALLER tent system with a CHEAPER dryer motor for BARELY less than the cost of the 2 tiered tent. DO NOT BUY. I have to find SOMEONE who can fix my plug. ALL THIS MONEY WasTEd!!!

    This works really great but after 8 months it started to blow out cold air it no longer got hot i really like my dryer so I just replaced the heating unit i hope it doesn't die on me .but it works good when it works.cause I had to buy another heating unit and it wasn't even a year old yet I gave it 3 stars

    I purchased this in September and started using it in late October. It seemed to work well in the beginning. I would use it about once or twice a week. It did not dry clothes in 60 minutes which is the default setting. Last week, however, I discovered that I could set it to run longer, so I have done a few loads at 120 minutes which is about how long it takes to get socks and dish towels almost dry. The problem is that I think when you run it that long it overheats. As a result after the third time of running a load for 120 minutes, it started sputtering and stopped blowing out heat. It still heats up; it just doesn't blow heat out, so it is not useful for the intended objective of drying clothes. I figure I have done about a dozen loads before it broke so at $65.00 for the dryer that comes out to $5.42 per load. That is very expensive. I would like to return it, but it only has a 30 day return (except if you buy it now, because of the extended Christmas return policy.) Disappointed.

    This will be my 2nd one, the first heater stopped working after 9 months. Thankfully it didn't catch fire, like another reviewers did. That being said....please keep these in stock, best clothes drying option I have right now. :(

    This is absolutely brilliant and saves so much time on drying!
    We are a big family with 8 people in the house and we get through a LOT of clothes between us, especially with having a baby in the house too.
    This dryer was easy to put up and to figure out how to use. It comes with everything we needed to hang up a full wash of clothes (aside from hangers). All you do is hang wet washing on hangers and put it in the airer.
    You can set a timer on it so it auto switches off, which we find handy for night time as we wake up in the morning to dry clothes ready to put away.
    It dries them rapidly too, coats, jumpers, jeans - you name it and it’s dry in less than an hour.
    Saves loads of money on the gas bill as I’m no longer putting washing on the radiators too.
    It’s also worth noting we had an issue with our machine and we contacted the company. They responded and sorted our issue out immediately, so extra points for brilliant customer service!!
    I couldn’t be without this now if it ever breaks I’ll definitely buy another one!!

    Assembly was always going to be a nuisance. However, the product is very well put together and does the job. It will keep my utility room dry and will free up some space in the airing cupboard. It could be set up anywhere in the house but, in my view, once erected you would think twice about breaking it down to relocate. I'm going to try running it in my utility room with the windows and door closed, without the plastic canopy to see if it works like that too. A great idea for someone with plenty of wet washing, especially if they have a damp house and don't want to add to that problem.

    Although this is undoubtedly a bulky piece of kit, this clothes dryer is very functional and effective, offering a dedicated space for drying clothes wherever radiator space is at a premium and the weather won’t permit you to peg washing outside! The dryer itself offers a large amount of space for multiple loads of washing, while the heater itself operates with relatively little noise.

    It was great that I could pick a delivery day for the tumble dryer to arrive. It arrived exactly in the time frame that I was texted that morning.
    The tumble dryer arrived in good condition. The guys even offered to put it in place for me.
    I’ve used it 3 times so far and was pleased with the results. I will be working my way through the different settings as I go.
    The instructions in the leaflet on the different settings isn’t totally clear but I will work it out in time!
