Makes good macarons. I wish it was a little finer because about 1/4 is too coarse for macarons, but that ratio is better or the same as every other almond flour brand that I have bought and I will use that other 1/4 for almond flour muffins or something. This is brand of almond flour is definitely the best value for your money on Amazon right now
