This pan is a bit expensive, but it's perfectly flat, heats very evenly, and is an ideal size. I prefer the low-sided griddle for easy flipping of eggs, and moving of food around the surface. Ceramic is the safest and most non-stick cooking surface. The opposite of Teflon. :( It works best with medium heat. It cleans up easily with non-scratching pads. If something does stick a little (e.g. a sauce), a bit of hot water and dish soap will always get it off. I use good quality silicone cooking utensils, as they are very heat resisitant and the most chemically stable.

It Will Last If You Know What To Do

First, when cooking use oil in these pans as opposed to butter and do not cook on high heat. Use wood or silicon cooking utensils. Let the pan cool before washing. We had a flat griddle and a frying pan for about a year. The skillet took more of a beating given more use, the flat griddle we mostly used once a week for pancakes. Worked great for about 10 months, then started to become non stick and hold oil residue we could not get off. They were sitting by the trash can to go out when we came across some advice. Heat up some water with a tablespoon of baking soda, very low boil. Used a soft toothbrush to remove the residue. They are like new again. Had to treat the skillet twice. These are after photos, I did not think of taking before photos, unfortunately.

I bought this to replace a teflon-coated griddle pan. I primary cook bacon and sausage on griddle pans.

This pan seems to cook bacon much more evenly than my old griddle, and actually seems to cook it better. Crispy bacon is so much easier to make, and there has been zero sticking. Cleanup is also been far superior.

It feels sturdy in the hand. It’s not heavy, and yet not light and “cheap” feeling either.

This is a great piece of cookware.

I think I will replace all of my cookware with this line when the time comes.

I have been wanting to replace my old teflon warped griddle for a long time. I wanted to try ceramic coating instead of the other non stick coating we had before [teflon?] I like that this is slightly larger than most other size square griddles. The non stick quality is great. Easy to cook with, I've had nothing stick. Very easy to clean. And whats REALLY great is I can pour out 4 medium size pancakes and they stay where I intend them to instead of gravitating to middle of a warped pan like before and becoming joined to the other pancakes. This conducts heat very well and the rules for me is to never use about medium heat. My scale on my stove burners have a numbered 1 through ten.. my rule is NEVER have burners above 6 and this should prevent warps and its plenty hot to cook with at that setting.

Lasted just over one year. It works pretty good for pancakes and french toast. But stay away from proteins, such as eggs, meat, and fish. Eggs (whole or scrambled) stick. I tried doing salmon with a little oil, on medium heat. The salmon sticks. It took a decent effort to gently remove the stuck-pieces.

Then I tried marinated short ribs. This pan HATES red meat and sugar. As you can see (the black stuff), it never came off. Not even after soaking in baking soda and vinegar for two days. The pan is dead.

But it works for pancakes. I replaced it with a Tramontina pan, which has been flawless, regardless of what you cook in it.

I must say this is a bad investment.

The media could not be loaded.

Considering the price point and pan to be Ceramic and non toxic, I looked it as an investment in my kitchen but buying this pan is a waste of money. If you look at the video, due to temperature setting below high, i see a dent in the centre, thereby, if I cook anything in the centre, it ends up in the corners. I treated this pan with utmost care not using harsh scrubs but a mild- medium one, and I still see burnt marks on it. I was fine with the burnt marks but the dent protuding outwards cannot be taken. Absolute waste of money for me

The main reason I bought this pan was to fry eggs. I bought it about a year ago and it seemed alright if I kept the temperature low and used olive oil. Now it doesn't seem to matter what I do; eggs stick immediately and cleaning the pan is a pain.
