I purchased a couple of these so far for a ministry that delivers food to the homeless on the streets. Because of the way the handles are attached, it doesn't tend to bow a lot when individual sized containers of soup or other items are inside, but I do put heavy cardboard in the bottom to stiffen them a bit since they do get carried around. They keep the food warm over the hour or so it takes to deliver the meals. The material on the exterior of these bags are sturdy. I expect them to hold up for a long time. The interior material isn't flimsy, but might get worn or punctured if sharp or really heavy objects are put in the bags. We only use the bags for food delivery and put various meal containers and plastic utensils inside.

I had a carrier similar to this that had an additional compartment on top to carry utensils, etc, plus it had a divider for the main compartment. I wish this one had that, but it costs half as much and does a great job of insulation, and that's what counts.

INITIAL REVIEW
Upon opening the package, I noticed there were some light brown stain marks on the front of the bag. Not sure if those were from storage or prior use. Then I opened the insulated bag to find a rip in the lining at the seam. For the price I paid for this bag, I’d like it to be free of defects upon receipt. So, I returned the bag and am awaiting a replacement. I will update this review once I receive the replacement.
Otherwise, the bag is very spacious and seems sturdy. I really hope the replacement pans out.

I have filled these bags to the brim, easily with 50-60 pounds of products. I have two of them. They are definitely heavy duty. The build quality is excellent - from the materials used down to the seams using sturdy threads. The zipper is husky and zips smoothly every time. And yes, it keeps frozen and cold items cold and hot items hot for hours. The interior lining is super easy to cleaning and moisture proof.

The only suggestion I have it to make the base lining rigid (not flexible). It will help keep products and containers in place and prevent shifting while on the go.
