So I made some wok vegetable lo mein in a nonstick wok with these noodles and it came out amazing! I would add a little bit of cornstarch water mixture to it so the sauce sticks to the noodles better but they tasted exactly like regular noodles to me. Your noodle take on the flavor of your sauce so u really can't go wrong with them.
I didn't boil my noodles in water but simply rinsed them under water and put a teaspoon of sesame oil on them before frying them in my wok. I added my sauce lastly with the cornstarch and mixed it all with my wok fried veggies, garlic and ginger.
