Directions

1.) Soften skin with water only - Go into the shower, bath or steam for 5-10 minutes. Do not apply any soaps or lotions to the body. The fabric relies on friction. 2.) Step away from water - Turn off the shower and squeeze away excess water from the mitt, leaving mitt slightly damp. 3.) Exfoliate using vigorous, upward and downward strokes until you see dead skin cells roll away. The more pressure you apply, the better the results. Sharp fingernails may rip the fabric.

Thought I was doing well exfoliating. Bought on a whim. Was schooled at how much dead skin it removed the first time. My skin was crazy soft!Continues to work well. Think I would prefer the flat straight version. My arms and hand get tired Hard to reach places on your back. But use regularly now.

As long as you follow the directions it works wonderful. There was so much dead skin in the bottom of the tub when i drained it. It takes dead skin off from places you don't think have much to begin with. Doesn't feel too rough when applying more pressure on knees and elbows. It's not made to moisturize your skin but preps it to soak up whatever moisturizer you use which feels amazing. When you're done you simply rinse and hang dry so it's ready for next time.

Hands down the best exfoliation mitt I’ve ever used. I find it works best to have soaked in the tub for 10-15 min and then exfoliate. I soak in water as hot as I can stand with 1cup of epsom salts and 1/2c borax dissolved. The amount of dead skin that rolls off is unreal! I’m an esthetician and recommend this to all my spray tan and waxing clients. They’re all hooked as well.

It is an amazing product. The dead skin just rolls off with this glove. I have had numerous exfoliating mitts over the years and none of them have had results like this one. The real trick is that you absolutely have to wait for your skin to soften before using it, or you won’t see the results. Either stay in the shower for a little longer or take a bath, but either way, it’s incredible.
