    I had these years ago and wanted to use the ab straps again. This is a great workout for abs!
    After reviewing quite a few, I chose this one and am happy with the purchase.
    What set this apart were the adjustable straps. Since I put this on a chin up bar, I was concerned with being able to easily get in the straps. After using these once, I adjusted the straps and am able to get my arms in while standing on the floor without issues.
    Another nice feature is the hand grips on the straps. I appreciate the hand grips over having only straps to hold onto. My other ab straps didn't have this.
    The width of the strap to support me is good. I did not feel like they were too narrow at all. The inside feels like a cushioned neoprene, which is comfortable while hanging.
    Overall, great product and would recommend it.
