I was looking for something to put in my wood-burning fireplace that would be a cleaner and more convenient option. I am SO happy with this purchase! It was the easiest installation, taking me 3 seconds to pull it out of the box and slide it into the fireplace. The lights really mimic a real fire, and it heats my 750 sq ft condo quickly. You can turn the heat setting off and just have the cozy vibe if you're warm enough. Noise level is little to none - a soft whirring noise only while the heat setting is on but completely quiet when the heat is off. The only thing I would wish for is that it made a little crackling fire sound, but besides that, it's the perfect insert!!

Good product for the money
I only took off a star because of how noisy the heater is. It sounds like a space heater. I think some crackling noise options would really make this a 5 star product for the price. There are 5 flame settings. I think it is very relaxing and enjoyable. There are 2 heat settings. High and low. It heats up my downstairs area pretty quick. With it on for about 30 min, my hvac system hasn’t kicked on at all and it’s freezing here. Like many other reviewers, I didn’t want to drop a ton of money to get a gas insert so this was an affordable option. And I don’t like messing with firewood. This is perfect for what I was wanting and in my budget.

I love love this Fireplace! I was looking for a certain size and this was a perfect fit. It heats up my living room super fast and looks fabulous. My cat definitely love laying close by. I would definitely recommend this to family and friends.
