We had to put it further forward than we hoped due to where our studs are in the ceiling but it's probably for the best cause now it has room to swivel for our kitchen or dining table. Love this for open concept.

    Easy to follow instructions and simple to install. Couldn’t find a convenient spot to mount the TV on the wall in the room but the ceiling was unfinished. This mount worked well to hang the TV above my work from home desk. Only iffy thing was getting the power cord routed through the pipe since the cord was non-removable from the TV so had to go bottom up instead of top down. Used some string to fish it through. Happy with the look and feel of the mount.
