Operation steps

Step 1- Place the electric can opener on the can, and the edge of the electric can opener is located in the groove between the cutter and the drive wheel;

what seemed like the place where the blade should be was supposed to open to grasp the can but they were so close that they would not get between the can to open. it seemed to me that the blade was missing. nevertheless, I purchased it for my mother who has difficulty opening her cans. I am disappointed that she was so excited to receive it and it didn't work for her. now I will have to look for another.

The blade needs to be adjustable to fit different sizes of cans. It cuts through the rim of the can,rather than the can itself. It will eventually open the can, but not the convenience I was hoping for.
