Overall I am happy with this fan. It's pretty quite, especially for the price. I think I hear bearing noise from the fan but its overall quitter than other fans in this price range.
The touch sensor works ok. Using a USB port on my PC for power seemed to make the touch sensor not work as well. I'm using a USB port on an HP monitor now and it works great.
