We've been looking for a portable USB-C card reader with USB-C and Thunderbolt compatibility that can easily handle all the popular camera card formats. This is it. The card reader accepts the following: TF - TransFlash or Micro SDXC SD - SDXC, SD and SDHC CF - Compact Flash MS - Memory Stick Pro Duo This is a great advantage to those like us that have various compact digital media and don't want to carry around multiple card readers. This Ugreen 4-in-1 Card Reader has a USB-C cable, about 20 inches long -- just right for our Mac Book Air M2 with super-fast Thunderbolt 4 connections -- while on photo and video assignments. It's also a breeze to use on the desktop computer. Either way, it needs no drivers installed, not software to operate, and no power supply since it gets power over the USB-C connection. Plug and play. The card reader itself is made of lightweight plastic and the cable is quite stiff, so it has trouble standing up straight or laying flat. While this is slightly awkward, it does not affect performance. As an addition to a travel camera rig, or computer bag, this 4-in-1 card reader takes up little room and adds almost no weight.

Seems to be better constructed than any other "newer model" card reader I have bought. (but "old reliable" called ImageMate is 6 years old and still working perfectly...........yes folks they "don't make anything like they did years ago". However, this card reader come real close to being build like "the old days". Who knows it might even last a few years.......
