I don't snore, and purchased this for dry Mouth. I never have dry mouth in the middle of the night when wearing this. It doesn't need to be overly tight to work. Only down side is it makes a bad hair day afterward even after I shampoo!

I could not get the front strap to tighten enough to keep my mouth closed. I have a largish head (7 3/4) so you would think I would be at the extreme end of the adjustment. To get it to work at all I had to fasten the top strap way past the velcro pads, which didn't allow it to stay attached thru the night. Pinning it would be my only option, which for obvious reasons makes donning a bit more difficult, and heck I shouldn't have to do that anyway.. Seems to be made well, just wished it worked better for me.... looking elsewhere now...
