This is an excellent bargain for the money. It's not only sharp in looks it's comfy. I do have to say I'm a 5'1" 120ish lbs and I seem to have no issue w leaning back. My guy whom I got this for has made comments about nearly tipping back. He's proly 5'10" and 170ish in weight. I don't know if it's the difference in size between us or if we just throw back differently. Myself, I love that it offers comfort, reclining, rocking, heat and massage. The 2 cup holders are a bonus and the extra storage under both arms. However, I wouldn't put a lot of items in the arm storage for weight reasons. Many pockets. All around my opinion great find.

I got these two chairs for my yacht, on which I live. They came in a pretty heavy box, but once opened, I was able to get the pieces onto my boat. The bottom section was a bit heavy. The chairs were fairly easy to put together, but did require some second-guessing. An electrical connection which connects the back to the bottom came all bent. I wrote the company and they very quickly sent a replacement back section, no questions. These chairs are quite comfortable and very nice looking. I love the cup holders and all the pockets. The heat and massage functions work well, but as others have mentioned, the massage is more of a weak vibration feature. I do really love these chairs, lots of cushioning and the storage in the arms is quite roomy. the zippers to the storage are a little challenging to access, so I put little pull cords on mine. The back stretches pretty flat, but I think a kid wouldn't be able to keep it all the way back very well, as you need some weight to keep it laid way back. All that being said, I do think these chairs were money well spent!

This chair is a great value. It is well made and sturdy. In our home, the largest person is 260 lbs and the chair accommodates perfectly. It is also not too big for your smaller people. I am 5'4" and can easily reach the floor and back, which is a problem in extra large recliners. The first shipment was misplaced by FedEx, but the customer service rep called several times. Both FedEx and the company worked to have a replacement shipped in a timely manner. The assembly directions were just okay, but the company was very helpful and sent a video. The chair looks great, very sleek and stylish. And of course, the most important thing, the new grandbaby likes the smooth, rocking motion.

Instructions were written by a 1 year old. But not too bad putting together, massager is 100% USELESS as well as the “HEAT”. Heat doesn’t add ant heat and “massager” just vibrates the chair and doesn’t actually massage ANYTHING!
Swivels left and right on it’s own. Side arm rests are comfy but feel like they’re almost gonna fall off the sides.

It comes in one box and the back and bottom are fine but you have to put the sides of the chair together and stretch the material over the "box" you just assembled for the sides. It looks very sloppy and bottom looks sloppy and frayed. Not as professional as pictures at all. Armrest pocket is just hanging fabric and armrest is accessed by a zipper which I didn't know. I would have returned but would have to disassemble and repack and pay return shipping so, I am just gonna eat it but cannot recommend and will not repurchase.

I'm updating the above review and would make 3.5 stars if I could but cannot in good conscience review as 5 stars to potential customers. After my 3 star review I as contacted via phone and text by customer service who requested a video. After sending the video apologized for poor or lack on instructions for a very important step of pulling the bottom tight and velcroing the upholstery to the arm pieces. While this was appreciated and did make the arms of the couch look better it still did not look as professional as the advertised pictures. The armrest just being pillows or zippered were not advertised either. It is a very poor and inconvenient design and I feel the ad is misleading. Customer service also refunded me 100 per chair as I purchased 2. So while I do appreciate the credit, until the instructions are much clearer and the ad is more transparent my review will stand despite further requests to give a 5 star review to an unworthy product.
