    When I received this product, it appears to have been opened and then repacked. {See attached photo}. On assembly I found that some screws were missing so I have to use other screws to build the stand. Although ok, the stand was not very strong. Also it was difficult to blow up the boxing ball until it becomes hard. The worst thing is the boxing ball becomes soft after a few days and have to be blown up again.

    i thought of returning the item but I have already filled the base with sand, so it is difficult to get the sand out and return.

    Not a very happy experience!
