This product I originally bought to keep in my backpack for a travel purposes. It is much to large for that but the build quality, robustness, and stability of this monopod is more than I expected. While I won't be using it as I originally thought, I will get more use out of it this way at sporting events, and wildlife photography. Everything is so well built, locks up nice and tight it makes me feel comfortable with my set up on top even without a hand on the monopod. This will allow me to switch between cameras easily at evens without concerns of damage to the camera or lens in a fall. I really like the hidden spike for the monopod when on slippery surfaces such as wet rocks to get a little extra traction. They thought of everything with this set up and it functions flawlessly.
Update: I have now shot 5 soccer games with this setup I added a small camp chair to be more comfortable but this has really changed and upgraded my setup. It is easy to move around the field. It has been stable holding a R6II with a 100-400 Lens. Allows me to easily move around the field to get different angles without the hassle of a tripod. It is much more stable than a monopod without the feet which helps with focus at longer zoom ranges. I love this thing. I only wished I could find the quick release adaptor so I could use the feet base and the monopod with 2 different cameras at the same time.

Modular, sturdy, multiple lengths, and easy to quickly use
Lightweight, great value for the cost. Very strong. Fairly easy to use, and with the quick release mount makes it even easier to use with a camera. Extends to multiple different heights which is really helpful, making it super functional. Optionally use the legs, which is great for outdoor environments to easily pop them out or fold them up. Comes with a nice bag. Bag has enough room for extra supplies, but not a camera or similar.

I'm tired of carry heavy gimbal head on a tripod. Walk around swap park with heavy camera gears is pain. Then why not use monopod with feets? Yes I have to use at least one hand keep holding camera or gimbal head for prevent tip over. But it is stable than you think. It's big relief from the heavy weight. I modified little bit make more easy to carry. Remove hand strap and install carry bag strap with 2 key rings! See the result picture. I could take the moment a heron got big lunch! It's very sturdy and light but the most thing I like is flip lever for quick release legs.
