2. For Android / PC users, our photo stick is plug and play. (Tips: only support Android phones with OTG function)

3. If you used iCloud before, you need to download files to your iPhone/iPad and then copy them to the iphone external storage.

Kindly note：

1. You cannot transfer or view media files downloaded from iTunes or other third-party applications. Because these files are protected by digital rights management.

2. After using the photo stick, please make sure to turn off the APP related to the iphone flash drive, and then unplug the lightning flash drive gently, so that the files in the thumb drive will not be damaged.

3. The recommended format is "exFAT". If the jump drive cannot transfer files, you can convert the USB flash drive to "exFAT" format through the computer. (Please save the file before formatting to avoid data loss)

    I want to have a flash drive to transfer files from my phone to my laptop. This tiny drive serves the purpose. It can directly connected to the laptop. It will automatically popup an APP installation if you plug it into your phone. The installation is smooth. Now it is very easy to transfer files between phone and laptop.

    I do wish it has at least one metal cap to protect the connectors.

    Small pocket size device

    This is a great device for a reasonable price. Great to transfer information directly without any hassles. Easy to use and easy to carry around, small pocket size device . I haven’t tried any heavy advanced files, mostly using for pictures. It’s fast and easy, exactly what I wanted.

    Works exactly as advertised, but the upload speed from copying files to the drive from the phone are slow. For reference, I am using an iPhone 14 Pro Max. I would recommend this product, but don't start a file transfer if you are short on time and need to use your phone soon.

    i have an iPad Air, gen 3 64 gig. The description for the device indicates it is music compatible. I wanted to export my music files to the drive to free up space on my iPad. The app associated with the drive does not have a music icon - as it does for other functions such as to transfer photos, texts, etc. Further, the flash drive is not recognized on my iPad, as it should be, under “Files, Locations”. I contacted the manufacturer for help. The reply was “canned” and did not address my concerns. They did indicate that music cannot be exported because it is copywrited (which I don’t understand because I paid for that music). Secondly, they did not address why the drive does not show on my iPad. I returned the drive for a refund.
