A+ tent, A+++ great customer service, D- steamer
Initial experience was rough. There are 3 different lengths and configurations of poles for the frame. You should receive 8 pieces labeled A (4 for the bottom square and 4 for the top), 4 pieces labeled B, and 8 pieces labeled C (The corner posts connect in a C-B-C order). I was sent 5 Bs and 7 Cs so I had to improvise and use snips to cut the extra B to length and make it fit, covered the rough edges in electrical tape. The solution did work great for the first use. I just got ready to use it for the second time, and when I was about to add more water I noticed sharp plastic shavings in the basket that I was unsure of where they came from. I filled the basket and started it up. Just as I was stepping in, I noticed a ton of steam coming from the basket, and that the "window" was still basically clear. I leaned in to look and was watching the lid crack around it. Unbelievable to me that this thing lasted ONE 30 minute session and is already broke. UPDATE: This company has some of the best customer care I've found. They reached out and offered a replacement, and honest the replacement did the exact same thing, lid cracked after one use. I explained to them the steamer is where the issues lie, not the tent. They actually agreed to send me a partial refund for the order because I told them I intended to continue using the tent and was going to purchase a different company's steamer. Couldn't be happier with the outcome.

Steam sauna was a great addition to my homework out. It was easy to assemble an offers a 20 minute session with no issues. My skin feels better than ever and there’s something about sweating out toxins that just makes you feel healthier.
