    I’m 22 and recently bought this thinking it would work perfectly for me but when I got it one of the locking screws didn’t fit into the hole as it was supposed to … then once I was able to put it together I jabbed it once and the frame titled all the way back … all bolts were tight as possible just a cheaply designed stand

    Easy to adjust with a single person. We have a 75 pound heavy bag on it.
    used 6- 45 pound plates for ballast and its pretty stable unless kicked to hard and then it can scooch along the cement. We've had it a month and like it.

    It’s a very good, sturdy stand for a 70 lb. bag. It was fairly easy to put together though expect to work on the assembly at least half a day. Recommend using your own adjustable wrenches instead the wrenches that come with it. The wrenches they give you slip a lot and are not thick enough.
