Product Description

Lindsay's LSA48 subscriber drop amplifiers will boost your digital TV and HDTV signals, increasing their overall signal strength. Lindsay amplifiers are commercial grade and meet stringent US and international standards, including SCTE. The LSA48 amplifier can be used in HDTV, CATV, off-air, analog, and digital RF distribution applications where performance and reliability are required. The LSA48 provides an excellent means to amplify and distribute an antenna or cable signal to up to 8 devices. The LSA48 provides a full set of 8 amplified output ports. Each port is boosted by +4dB, which is relatively double the input signal. All 8 ports can be used for any type of device, however for cable modems we recommend a "Unity Gain" amplifier, which also amplifies the return signal for cable modem use. The amplifier is surge protected and waterproof. It also has a unique mounting design that allows the amplifier to be mounted either horizontally or vertically with two separate sets of mounting brackets. This provides you with the best options for mounting the amplifier anywhere inside or outside your home. Supports operation from -40 degrees to +140 degrees Fahrenheit. The amplifier can be powered from any location within 100 feet of the amplifier. Power supply and F59 Terminators are included. Connection cables not included. Unit must be powered to provide any splitter capability. It will not operate without power.
