This fan is pretty great for our apartment, which doesn't have very good air flow. It's helped keep things cool without having to have the windows wide open (which wouldn't be safe for our two new kittens on the 7th floor). Easy to pick up. Remote gives easy adjustments from where ever you are. No blade, so safe for smalls. And it's fairly quiet - the speeds range from L to H with numbers in between. It only becomes a bit louder when above a 5.

I like that it is bladless , easy to clean. I use to help circulate the heat from my pellet stove. The only reason I didn't give 5 star is because on the highest setting it's all that powerful. Definitely does the job I need it for

Fan is nice and quiet. It’s a touch screen sensor on the front of the fan. Touch to turn on/off, making the fan rotate-hold the button, but without the remote it’s harder to use. The fan doesn’t turn on immediately after touching the on button which gives the feeling that it’s not on. Overall impression is that it’s a nice fan but needs some fine adjustments. However with the remote not working, places this fan in a bad review. This fan really relies on the remote to get its best function and unfortunately my remote doesn’t work. I replaced the battery and still not working. So bummed. I would tend to think this is not a Normal problem but unfortunately it happened to me and thus this review. To contact support it’s an email not a phone call.
