    On Christmas Day my granddaughter opened her Baby Alive and we put fresh batteries in it and it was broken. It would not turn on. I bought it in November so my return window closed. My granddaughter was upset and now I have to go buy another one at the store. From now on I will buy stuff for Christmas from the store. Amazon will not back the product through Christmas so be aware of buying products too soon.

It took us a long time to get it to work once. It crawls for a brief amount of time and then takes several tries before it will do it again. If you have hardwood floors it sounds like foot tapping. Would not recommend. Will be buying my niece a new Christmas present that she will enjoy.
