As far as how the item works, I'd give it 5 stars. As far as how it arrived to me I'd give it 3.The product itself works flawlessly. I have it set for my string lights on my porch to turn on at 7pm & off at 7:30am. Works great! The product is heavy duty and has a really nice cover protecting the inside from weather.As far as the company & how it arrived to me... I'm not very happy. I got a returned item. Box was damaged, product was dirty, clock was pre-set & you could tell someone has messed with the settings. When you order a product online, you are ordering a new product. Now, if you want to sell your "returned items"... make a section for it & sell them at a discounted rate. It's bad buisness to sell someones pre used items that they no longer wanted & returned.
