So I brought this just for the heck of it . I hyped myself up to start doing my own tattoos and didn't want anything to expensive, heavy or with a bunch of cords. This machine was perfect it came with most of the supplies you'd need it's easy to assemble and very lightweight . I did two tattoos on myself with no problems.This is definitely good for a beginner like myself.

    I bought this to practice. So far so good. It’s the only one I have tried so nothing to compare to. Love that it has a variety of colors but I have only tested the black on artificial skin. Have yet to test battery life.

    This is a pretty decent tattoo kit for $37. It comes with just about everything someone needs to get started. I wish it came with more practice skin since they say it is great for beginners. As it is with any of these tattoo kits, the ink is not suitable for live skin (another reason I wish it came with more practice skin). The battery life is okay and it's always a plus when a second one is included. My hands aren't tiny, but they are smaller than most. This machine holds awkwardly for me. Though it runs pretty smoothly. Overall, it's a good product and one I would recommend if you are feeling out whether or not doing tattoos is for you.
