You can't really pull them out from underneath there, you have to lift it up off the cards and grab them. Since it pretty much stacks the card on top of each other it works okay, we usually cut the deck a couple times afterward. Decent buy!

    I’m pretty sure I’ve had every shuffler made for a normal budget and they R very noisy, break easily and just not worth the time, effort or money. My family member bought a high dollar vegas shuffler. Sadly, she got ripped off. It wasn’t much better. Still trying, i saw this. New style, new maker, what have i got to lose? So far, as it turns out NOTHING!!! This thing is fantastic. No fancy anything. Place cards on shelves push “A” (auto) button once and it shuffles the cards and drops them on the table. OR push and hold “M” (manual) button till all cards shuffled. There is an arm that dangles down stopping the cards from escaping their shuffler jail. So far it is the most quiet of every shuffler I’ve had. In fact, it is so quite no one puts their hands over their ears, or pulls out their hearing aides just before shuffling begins. LOL I HADN’T NOTICED THAT. I love love the rechargeable part. HIGHLY, HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!!!!
