This thing is awesome. I got the one that is rechargeable. It works amazingly for erasing pencil marks. I have used it with graphite and charcoal. It doesn't work too great for erasing charcoal but it works amazing on light to medium graphite pencils.
The battery has lasted quite a while so far. It comes with a ton of different sized erasers.
I have a couple of complaints that you might want to consider if you are going to order one of these but the positives of this device definitely outweigh the negatives:
1) It is quite difficult to remove the eraser holder with your fingers. The one I got is extremely tight for all sizes of erasers. This is a good thing for holding in the erasers but just makes it hard to swap sizes easily.
2) I wish there was a way to press a button and the eraser would stay on. One the one I got you have to continually hold down the button for it to run. This isn't a big deal but it would be nice to have an option for always on or momentary.
3) It is pretty noisy. I wouldn't recommend this for using in a classroom or somewhere you need to be quiet.
Overall, I am very pleased with this eraser and would definitely recommend getting it if you like to draw. I would suggest getting the one with the rechargeable battery over the one that takes AA batteries. It was only a couple of dollars more and is USB-C rechargeable.
