I got the scooter and wasn’t able to figure out how to make it start so I got an email back telling me that I had to have the wheel spinning for it to then start working. I got on it and pushed it until the speed was enough to engage at it. 72 years of age. I found it comfortable and easy to use. Thank you for making a good product at a great price.
