    I have tried several chin straps and this one is by far the best. One of the main things I was looking for was a chin strap that wouldn't pull my lower jay backward. If you Google this, you will find that to open your air way it is best to move your lower jaw forward. Dentists actually make appliances to move your lower jaw forward to stop snoring. So, pulling your lower jaw back defeats the purpose. to do this, I had to use the headgear so the upper strap is forward on my head more in align with the front of my lower jaw so it doesn't pull backward. It works great. Here some of the other benefits.
    1. It stays firmly in place all night.
    2. Light weight and very comfortable.
    3. I sleep on my side with my face pointed somewhat downward toward the mattress. Again this prevents my lower jay from moving backward as it does when I sleep on my back. This device keeps my mouth closed so I don't have dry mouth in the morning.
    4. The nylon has holes in it and is light weight and not hot.
    5. It doesn't pull too hard and yet keeps my mouth shut.
    6. You can wear the strap under your chin or let it come up to under your lower lip depending on what works best and is most comfortable for you.
    I already bought a second one just in case I can't find this brand again. However, it seems like it will last a long time.

    I have a app that records my snoring each night. Usually I'm at 15-30 minutes, while wearing this I was at 57 minutes. I do usually wear a breathe right strip which I do think improves my snoring and I didn't with this, so it's possible this just had no effect.

    I appreciate the extra piece that was included which will increase the size of the strap if it shrinks after several washings. I have ordered 2 more now and will order more later if it continues to work well This unit is absolutely the very best I have tried and there are none that comes close to this one! I have tried several and this one is much higher quality and more comfortable. If I were U….I would take my word for it and order a couple to try. IMO you won’t find another one this good! BTW wash only in cold water and let it air dry.
