    I bought this chin strap to keep my from getting dry mouth from my cpap machine. I have mixed feelings about it. One the plus side, the design really works to keep the strap in place, the fabric is soft, thin and stretchy, while the velcro is well attached. Once I figured out how to put it on, it’s easy. On the con side, the fabric stretches after a few hours and I’ve had a couple of dry mouth episodes every night. Other people may have different experiences with it. Overall, it has helped

    I have used this strap a few more nights and I’m going to return it. As I mentioned before, the fabric stretches and it stops working. I have even more episodes of dry mouth that wake me up. In addition, because I keep tightening it, it scrunches my face and the cpap mask doesn’t fit right. Finally, the fabric under the chin rides up and covers my mouth, which also wakes me up. Unfortunately, it didn’t work for me

    It’s probably great for men with short hair but if you’re a shoulder length or longer-haired woman, you have to put your hair back in a ponytail to put the chin strap on. The material is cool until I get a night sweat (ugh), then it’s hot and I want to remove it. My husband is getting more sleep now that I’m not snoring. 😃
