Comfortable to wear, this may improve the quality of your sleep, as well as your partner's.
Made of a perforated, thin sort of tricot material, this chin strap can breathe well. This makes it far more comfortable to wear. There are few things worse than a chin strap that makes you sweat. I like the adjustability of this product, which is accomplished through the use of hook-and-loop closures. Also, it's designed to not cover your ears, which adds to sleep comfort. To be honest, it took me a few days to really become accustomed to wearing the chin strap during sleep. It's something I had avoided for years. But the difference in sleep quality was so dramatic that it was all worth it. Now I cannot sleep without it, and if you snore, your partner will also appreciate it. Very good chin strap, and a solid value.

    Takes some getting used to, and it would help if it came with some instructions for the first time use, but man has the sleep been great. I used mouth tape and had mixed results because I can still open my jaw enough for the tongue to fall back. However, with this device and my mouth guard, my jaw stays in place even if I am sleeping on my back.

    I've tried a few of these, this one works best for me as the ears don't get pushed around. I do wish there was a bit more hook/loop on the top to adjust more but it's fine.

    Fabric is firm but comfortable, recommend hand washing and let dry overnight.

    I’m shocked this stayed on all night, that’s never happened with any of my others. It’s not difficult to put on but ladies watch the hair as it doesn’t feel good when hairs get pulled. The chin part is nice because it helps keep it in place and between that and the top strap it keeps your mouth closed. My ears don’t line up completely with the ear slits and I was worried I would wake up hurting in the middle of the nite since I’m a side sleeper but I was fine. The material is completely breathable so you don’t get hot and isn’t itchy at all. I am quite the snob when it comes to my Cpap supplies and this product is the best. The price is cheap for what you get. Buy it now

Minus one star as there were no instructions, I had to come back to this Amazon listing to see how I’m supposed to wear it! Velcro on top, ears fit in the round openings.
