It keeps down the pain, sometimes eliminating it altogether. It helps me sit through car rides and meetings and work through jobs. The rechargeable aspect is perfect--no batteries! The pads do need to be replaced after about 10-12 uses, but the stickiness can be revamped by cleaning with a damp cloth and drying. And they send you a couple of replacements. For the price, this item is a jewel!!!! I appreciate whoever designed and built this device.

Being a long term pain sufferer this portable little unit in my experience is the best in the market. Competitively priced plus having multi options and given the size makes it ideal anywhere but certainly great when traveling.
Helps me relieve from sciatica pain. I have an L5 S1 disc slip. So many different modes and very good quality product. Very strong current i couldn't go above 7 and has like a bar of 10. Used for 40 minutes and battery was still above 90. Highly recommended.
