Fantastic for using around the house for lite office use, children's school projects, cutting laminated pictures, etc. Why spend more on the expensive cutters when this does a great job for home office use? I highly recommend this cutter for home use. Works Perfect for my needs as far as cutting coupons. I have to put this up very high from my neices and nephews and I don't have to worry about having a grip on it. I cut coupons with this and it is perfect, and it doen't cost over $ 100. Not even $40. This is a great trimmer. I use it to trim down catalogue covers for notebooks. It is easy to use. I really like that you can lock down the blade, that way no one will get hurt. I recently received this and it is everything I expected it to be! Cuts through sheets easily without any effort! Swingline has always had great products and this one is definitely a great product! i didnt use it too long by now. but it looks very nice.
