Product Description

BioFresh SUPER CONCENTRATE is a potent natural way to ELIMINATE ODORS and CLOGS. Containing a pleasant fragrance, BioFresh produces immediate odor control while digesting the source of the odors. Excellent for GARBAGE DISPOSALS, WASHING MACHINES, DISHWASHERS, URINALS / TOILETS, BATHROOM FLOORS, DRAINS, and SUMPS. Odors and clogs are caused by organic waste (rotten food, grease, fats, oil) that accumulates in your pipes. BioFresh contains microbes specifically bread to break down the odor causing organic waste.

For preventative maintenance use monthly!

Instructions

*Shake well before use*

Garbage Disposals: Pour in 2 oz. of BioFresh, cover opening, and turn on garbage disposal for 2 seconds. Let product sit in disposal overnight or for 6-8 hours prior to using.

Washing Machines (HE or Standard): Pour 2-4 oz. directly into washer. Run cycle empty on warm temperature setting. Do not use machine for 6-8 hours.

Dishwashers: Fill soap port with BioFresh super concentrate. Run on "delicate" or "china" cycle. Do not use again for 6-8 hours.

Toilets / Urinals: Start by flushing. Soak bowl mop with BioFresh. Swab generously inside and out. Clean under lip. Do not flush after cleaning. Let air dry.

Bathroom Floors: Add 4 oz. to 1 gallon of water. Mop well and leave wet. Microbial action penetrates porous floors to degrade urine / waste.

Drains: Mix 2 oz. BioFresh with 4 oz. warm water. Pour down drain and leave alone for 6-8 hours. *Clogs can require multiple days of treatment.

Sumps: Pour 4 oz. directly into sump for up to 25 gallons of standing water.

My guest bathroom started smelling like sewage. I couldn't find any reason for that...the commode was sparkling clean, the sink as well, and the shower hadn't been used in over two years and was also very clean. Had a plumber come in, he said that the u-shaped trap under the shower had dried out. That allowed unobstructed passage to the sewer line. Hence the smell. I needed to run the shower for ten minutes or so to refill that trap area with water. I did that. The smell diminished, but was still there. Got a bottle of this Bio cleaner and poured about a cup around the shower drain, allowing it to go in along the sides. I waited a few hours, went back and ran the shower again. Smell is gone. Relief! Will continue to use occasionally, and will run the shower at least once a day for a few minutes to reload the trap area. UPDATE: Several days later..no smell. It totally works!

Maybe this will work for other people and we simply have a bigger plumbing problem... I've been pouring in bleach and other cleaners, and we've put in little green Eco sticks as well, but 2 of our bathroom sinks just have a sulfur smell. I was hopeful about this product, but it didn't work either. Again, maybe this is a bigger plumbing problem and not a fault of the product?

I already had a blockage in my shower drain and bathroom sink.
My review of this product pertains to trying to clear that all up with this product and small enzyme tubes 'bought together' .

The tubes didn't work at all. This liquid worked somewhat after using the entire bottle. Every day for about a week.

I resorted to an old organic product that I used to use that had a price surge and got to be too expensive. Ended up needing landlord come in and clean everything out.

Won't likely purchase again.

I moved into a townhome that had been vacant for a month. When I ran the water, it smelled like rotten eggs for the first 1-3 minutes. I had the county come out, test the water, flush the lines and nothing helped.

I decided to research different enzyme pipe cleaners since I didn’t have any clogs and this one seemed best. The reviews weren’t wrong. On the night I got it I followed the instructions and treated every drain in the house, including tub and shower. I also treated my garbage disposal, dishwasher and washing machine.

The next morning I woke up, started running hot water through the faucets and I smelled the egg smell....for 30 seconds. Then, it was gone. Just gone! It’s been a week since I treated the pipes and the smell has not come back.

I will definitely be treating monthly for maintenance, so happy with this product! It smells great too.

With half a bottle I treated 4 sink drains, 1 tub drain, 1 shower drain, washing machine, dishwasher, 1 garbage disposal.

I have a sensitive sense of smell and we have a walk in shower / very open small bathroom where I could smell the shower drain (musty type smell) and a dishwasher that has had a smell upon opening it for the 2+ years we’ve lived in this house. We tried bleach and other products (tablets left in the bottom of the dishwasher during a wash) and they worked somewhat for a short time. Then I read the reviews of this product and decided to try it - and it worked! I used it on the shower drain as directed and I noticed right away the smell was lessened. Then I put it in the dishwasher as directed and this is the first time in years that I can open my dishwasher when it has dirty dishes in it and it doesn’t have a horrible smell - I smell nothing! And I came back here to read more reviews, some reviewers said it wouldn't work if the drain is already clogged. yep, that's exactly my experience. One of the times I used bleach instead and got rid of the smell after one application. other times I had to ask the building management for help, they probably took apart the pipes to clear the clog.
