Product Description

BioFresh SUPER CONCENTRATE is a potent natural way to ELIMINATE ODORS and CLOGS. Containing a pleasant fragrance, BioFresh produces immediate odor control while digesting the source of the odors. Excellent for GARBAGE DISPOSALS, WASHING MACHINES, DISHWASHERS, URINALS / TOILETS, BATHROOM FLOORS, DRAINS, and SUMPS. Odors and clogs are caused by organic waste (rotten food, grease, fats, oil) that accumulates in your pipes. BioFresh contains microbes specifically bread to break down the odor causing organic waste.

For preventative maintenance use monthly!

Instructions

*Shake well before use*

Garbage Disposals: Pour in 2 oz. of BioFresh, cover opening, and turn on garbage disposal for 2 seconds. Let product sit in disposal overnight or for 6-8 hours prior to using.

Washing Machines (HE or Standard): Pour 2-4 oz. directly into washer. Run cycle empty on warm temperature setting. Do not use machine for 6-8 hours.

Dishwashers: Fill soap port with BioFresh super concentrate. Run on "delicate" or "china" cycle. Do not use again for 6-8 hours.

Toilets / Urinals: Start by flushing. Soak bowl mop with BioFresh. Swab generously inside and out. Clean under lip. Do not flush after cleaning. Let air dry.

Bathroom Floors: Add 4 oz. to 1 gallon of water. Mop well and leave wet. Microbial action penetrates porous floors to degrade urine / waste.

Drains: Mix 2 oz. BioFresh with 4 oz. warm water. Pour down drain and leave alone for 6-8 hours. *Clogs can require multiple days of treatment.

Sumps: Pour 4 oz. directly into sump for up to 25 gallons of standing water.

Started getting drain flies in the shower, and after some repair work on the tiles, there was a weird odor coming out of the drain every time the water was on. After much searching and researching I bought the BioFresh drain cleaner. Since the smell was so bad I also got these Green Gobbler bio flow drain strips, and combine the 2. The drain strips are more for monthly maintenance. One thing to know about the BioFresh is that for severe problems repeat applications over several days may be necessary. It's concentrated, so you mix it with hot water. There is also no harsh chemical smell or fumes. I used it about 5 days in a row. Now I use it every couple of weeks or if I notice the smell coming back. The fruit flies are finally gone too. If you buy this, make sure to follow the instructions, and don't give up after one try.

    The amount you get is good for the price. I used it for a drain system (on septic) that had a foul smell. The odor was not something from backup lines but within the main drain from the kitchen. The shipment was within 2 days and I’m not on prime and I requested normal delivery.

    I gave 4 stars for the liquid texture. This did 95% of the job however I believe if it were more sticky And less runny it would have stuck better and cleaned more on the top end than immediately running further down the drain.

    My issue seems resolved for the most part and I still have plenty of product to use in the future.

    My guest bathroom started smelling like sewage. I couldn't find any reason for that...the commode was sparkling clean, the sink as well, and the shower hadn't been used in over two years and was also very clean. Had a plumber come in, he said that the u-shaped trap under the shower had dried out. That allowed unobstructed passage to the sewer line. Hence the smell. I needed to run the shower for ten minutes or so to refill that trap area with water. I did that. The smell diminished, but was still there. Got a bottle of this Bio cleaner and poured about a cup around the shower drain, allowing it to go in along the sides. I waited a few hours, went back and ran the shower again. Smell is gone. Relief! Will continue to use occasionally, and will run the shower at least once a day for a few minutes to reload the trap area. UPDATE: Several days later..no smell. It totally works!

    Drain had been overflowing into kitchen sink. A couple of methods worked temporarily, but didn't really fix the problem - including vinegar&soda and a foamer type name brand. Decided to try the enzyme method before giving up & calling a plumber. Chose this one from several sold at Amazon. Used the 5-day overnight "soak" method, recommended on the bottle for stubborn slow drainage. By day 3, the sink was backing up, draining MORE slowly. Looked up the company web site. Somewhere in the info it mentioned this possibility when the crud finally starts to break loose. Day 4, still overflowing, but I used a kitchen (NOT bathroom!) smaller plunger to see what would happen - AFTER running water so the enzyme solution had drained away. A few tries, and presto, the sink drained normally, has been OK ever since - about 4 days so far. I plan to do the overnight treatment once each week for a month or so, then monthly as recommended for maintenance. Am very happy, but users should know that some stubborn backups may take a bit of time - not just an hour or so. Am wondering if anti-bacterial dish soaps are part of the problem, as this is the first time in our 41 years in this house that such a slow drain backup has happened.
    Dec. 31 - sink still draining normally. (Some comments mention getting rid of an unpleasant odor. In my case, no problem with smell - only the slow draining, sink backup - happily now back to normal!)

    UPDATE: Have used for maintenance and a smaller bathroom sink. In general, a suitable plunger after rinsing away the overnight soak is helpful. Still very happy with the product - now a household staple. Just re-ordered.

    I moved into a townhome that had been vacant for a month. When I ran the water, it smelled like rotten eggs for the first 1-3 minutes. I had the county come out, test the water, flush the lines and nothing helped.

    The next morning I woke up, started running hot water through the faucets and I smelled the egg smell....for 30 seconds. Then, it was gone. Just gone! It’s been a week since I treated the pipes and the smell has not come back.

    I will definitely be treating monthly for maintenance, so happy with this product! It smells great too.

    With half a bottle I treated 4 sink drains, 1 tub drain, 1 shower drain, washing machine, dishwasher, 1 garbage disposal.

    Maybe this will work for other people and we simply have a bigger plumbing problem... I've been pouring in bleach and other cleaners, and we've put in little green Eco sticks as well, but 2 of our bathroom sinks just have a sulfur smell. I was hopeful about this product, but it didn't work either. Again, maybe this is a bigger plumbing problem and not a fault of the product?
