Very easy & simple kit!
I ordered it and it came the next day (I paid extra for 1 day shipping). The package came as you see in the first 2 pictures. I almost didn’t know what it was at first. When you open it you will see what pictures 3 & 4 show. After opening that envelope you will see what looks like the last picture 5. It comes with a mailer with prepaid postage, a consent form you fill out with all parties information each person has to sign, 2 sample envelopes you fill out with exactly the information that’s on the consent form, 2 packs of swabs that contain 2 swabs each, the envelope to place the sample envelopes & consent form in, and of course easy to read instructions. There really isn’t any wrong way to do it and it’s very simple. Firstly REGISTER THE KIT!! That’s how you’ll know they received it as well as your results!! COMPLETE THAT FIRST! Then Wash your hands, open the swab packet after already filling out the sample envelope for that person, ensure they haven’t smoked, drank anything, or ate anything in the last 30 minutes. We did an hour just to be safe. Have them open their mouth and swab up and down on the inner cheek while rotating the swab to ensure full coverage on the swabs. I did one swab per each inner cheek. Once completed you don’t need to lick the evelope to seal it’s already sticky. Repeat on as many ppl as the kit is ordered for. Once done put the samples and consent back in the envelope it came in and place in the mailer. Don’t forget to use the USPS tracking app and add in the tracking the label has on it so you can track it back to lab. I also wrote the tracking number down Incase it disappeared from my app. Put it in your mailbox or drop in the post office box and you’re good to go! I just completed the kit today so I’ll update with the final part of the experience after. **update** Mailed Dec. 14th (day I received it). It was delivered Dec. 17th @ 10:51am. I called that night about 10pm to ensure it was received & it was. The nice rep informed me my results were set to be released Dec. 19th so we’ll see hopefully it’s in the morning rather than night.

    I just want to say this product is awesome. Long story probably not short, my ex kept claiming my son when he was first born so it rose suspicions with my baby father, anyway time went on sometimes he’d deny him then say he was his whatever, then for 4 years a few people here and there that had issues with me would tell him he wasn’t his he was my ex’s and I finally just had enough because I knew it wasn’t my ex’s and knew he was his I decided to get this DNA test. Bad timing on my part of doing it around the holidays so holiday effected delivery so it took about a week to actually get delivered and then once it was delivered took 2 days to get the results and we are very satisfied with the results and he can finally have the reassurance that he needed. I’d recommend this to anyone! Cheap, fast, and accurate!

    We took this test for my husband and his two daughters for paternity reasons - We purchased two separate kits (there may be a way to combine to test into one ,but for the price we just bought them separate to give us peace of mind and avoid any mix up) We were testing for paternity as we were hearing rumors. I read reviews on this test and I was very skeptical of home test , we were scheduled to go to a local DNA facility in NC but it would have cost us $350.00 but a close friend of ours whose a nurse recommended we do the home test first as they are just as reliable and being that we weren't convinced enough that they weren't his to do the legal the test for court purposes (as this was an additional $200 , we just wanted to know first) , even the kits we could buy in store were priced at $186 + $30.00 for the kit ... So we did the home test - and boy I AM GLAD WE DID ! We ordered the kit 11/26/19 and received it that Friday the 29th.. super clear instructions, and organized. We put it into the mail Saturday 11/30 . Now keep in Mind the post office was closed that Thursday and Friday , and we shipped Saturday if you plan on shipping near a holiday that affects the mail keep in mind they will NOT receive it as quickly due to post office build up! One was received on Dec 3rd the following Friday and the other on that Monday Dec 6th .. Both results were available within 2 days , the results came @ 5pm eastern std time for us. and the results were what we were hoping for! Don't spend money on a lab ! This saved us a ton of money ! And also gave us the peace of mind we were hoping for ! They are just as accurate as if you were at a lab paying double the price ... GOOD LUCK!

    This is an ABSOLUTE SCAM! They kept making me add things & pay more money and then my results were inconclusive. Told me I could pay more $ to get better results, so go to do that and then they say oh you have to buy the whole test again and then do the add on. I had already paid $200 & was going to pay $100 more but now they want me to pay the $200 again plus the $100. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

There are two swabs for each person so you can be sure they can test one and get results. Everything is included in the test all you have to do is register it online and send the swabs back in the provided shipping bag.
