Good: Nice style and it does a decent job of keeping coffee hot, at least for a few hours. Good packaging too. Bad: 1. While the carafe doesn’t leak at all due to a good seal, the design of the spout allows coffee to pool and no matter how careful I am, it always drips 3-5 drops. 2. Definitely does NOT keep coffee hot for as long as they state. Hot for a few hours but after 4 it’s more like really warm; even prepping with hot water before filling.pretty typical of most carafes I suspect. Overall I like it, just don’t love it - mainly due to the dripping.

    The carafe works fine for my needs. I make coffee in the mornings and pour the coffee into the carafe so I don’t have to make trips back to the kitchen. It keeps the coffee hot for a couple of hours and that is all I need. The spout does drip when you finish pouring from the carafe so be prepared to catch it or clean up. It does not keep things hot for the advertised duration of 12 hours!

    I was looking for a thermal carafe so I could brew good coffee at home and take it to work but still want it to be warm hours later. After being in the restaurant business for years and even elping to open a coffee shop Cafe i new what I wanted in a product and what I was looking for. This product not only meet every requirement but far exceeded my expectations!!! This product will hold a full 12 cups of coffee will a little more room if needed but I do not suggest filling all the way to the top due to pressure build up. Your coffee will stay warm for hours and even longer if you prep it (filling it up with hot water and letting it come up to temp verse just filling up with hot coffee in a cold container). This product has a good seal and does not leak even when knocked over, pours easily with very little drip afterwards. I even use this when I am home now, I just make a pot of coffee, pour it into the carafe and it stays warm for hours, and I don't have the bitter aftertaste like you usually do when from keeping your glass pot on the warmer for more than an hour.

    I purchased this in August of 2020, and it is January 2025 at the time of this writing. I have used this almost daily since purchasing, and I love it. Lately I've been starting herbal tea in this and leaving it to steep overnight. When I remove the tea leaves in the morning, it's still hot!

    It's superb in almost every way, but the lid mechanism isn't cat or klutz proof; if dropped from the kitchen counter or table top to the hard floor repeatedly, the lid will eventually break; the lid will still function, you'll just have to unscrew it every time you want to pour.

    Buyer beware! This is the third time we have ordered this carafe the 68 oz. We needed to replace the last one as we dropped it resulting in a dent on the bottom, the drop has broken the vacuum seal. This one received in Sept. 24, will not seal. The seals on the top do not have enough thickness to create a seal once screwed on. You can determine this by the lack of tension when screwing down the top and by the non existance of a vacuum after filling. I know this as the carafe will not spray when the pour lever is depressed. It is good that we have kept the previous carafe's lid as it fits and seals our new carafe! I should have returned within the return window' but did not thinking I would be able to contact the seller, I have not been able to find any way to contact Cresimo even though thei page indicates 24/7 Support! I have been able to find NO SUPPORT for this item. I really liked this product until now. My suggestion would be if you purchase this carafe be certain it is working to your satisfaction or return immediately because it will not keep your hot liquids hot! NO SUPPORT NO CONTACT INFO NO PARTS

    For the price, this carafe is great. It does a great job of keeping my pot of coffee hot so it doesn’t have to stay on the warmer, which leads to scorched coffee. I just have to take a star for the spout/dispenser. The plastic is pretty cheap, which means it will likely break if it ever falls to the floor, and I’m not certain the seal is tight enough to prevent heat loss. However, so far it’s meeting my immediate need for hot unburnt coffee I can drink at my leisure. The spout is also very drippy, and when the contents get low, it’s flipping coffee everywhere (not sure why or how) - but the last cup poured is going to make a mess every single time. When this wears out, I will probably spring for the extra $10-15 for a carafe with a more thoughtfully designed spout, but this is a fine entry-level product.

    Für unseren 6-Personen-Haushalt habe ich eine große Thermoskanne für den morgendlichen und abendlichen Tee gesucht. In diese Kanne passt schön viel rein, sie hält ein paar Stunden warm und sie sieht gut aus. Allerdings bin ich gespannt, wie lange der kleine Drückerhebel am Deckel materialtechnisch halten wird. Wenn man den Deckel zudreht, muss man quasi gegen den Hebel drücken, um den Deckel an die richtige Position zu drehen. Da er recht "dünn" ist, könnte das irgendwann zum Abbrechen führen. Wir werden sehen.. im Moment sind wir sehr zufrieden.

    Lo utilizamos para salir a repartir café caliente a las personas sin hogar durante el invierno. No lo hemos usado demasiado por ahora, pero tiene buenísima pinta. Conserva el calor perfectamente muchas horas. Es muy cómodo de servir y también de llenar y lavar. El sencillo sistema de uso se agradece mucho.
    Parece muy duradero, si bien aún no podemos asegurarlo.
    Lo único malo es que para transportarlo largo rato, el sistema de asa lateral no es el más cómodo. Pero compensa muchísimo a la incomodidad y poca durabilidad de los termos de grifo (pulsador), aunque sean algo más cómodos de portar.
