The coffee that this coffee maker makes is really tasty, with a good aroma! For its price, I definitely give it five stars. I've been grinding my coffee beans fresh every morning. I've owned and used some very well known and well reviewed coffee makers. Real life can interfere, however, and I had to sell my top of the line Mocha Master in order to pay some unexpected bills. I bought this one as a reconditioned unit, but it hadn't been used.
Now for the cons:
The coffee pot is squat and the handle is really thick. I recommend pouring a cup over the sink if your hands or arms are weak. Also, when empty, the coffee maker is really light, so it's really easy to accidentally move it. Be careful to sprread out the basket filter completely, or some grounds will get into the pot.
