Ingredients

Contents: A sterile, isotonic solution that contains poloxamine, poloxamer 181, diglycine, sodium citrate, boric acid, sodium borate, edetate disodium and sodium chloride and preserved with a triple disinfectant system (polyaminopropyl biguanide 0.00005%, polyquatemium 0.00015% and alexidine 0.0002%).

Renu Advanced Formula is a multipurpose solution from Bausch & Lomb. It’s designed for cleaning, storing, moisturizing, and disinfecting soft contact lenses, including silicone hydrogel lenses. Staying true to tradition, the package includes not just one but two 12-ounce bottles, along with a lens storage case.

I realized the importance of a good lens solution when I developed an eye infection in one of my eyes. It became swollen, and the experience was terrible. Naturally, I had to discard my lenses. Determined to avoid a repeat of this ordeal, I decided to look for better options. With this solution, I noticed a significant improvement in comfort. My lenses feel soft, well-hydrated, and completely clean. I no longer experience dry eyes or the need for additional moisturizing drops. Best solution for storing and rinsing soft lens contacts. This can also be used to rinse your eyes, if needed. Quality is A++, as you can be assured it is 100% sterile and clean. I have worn soft lens contacts since the 1970’s, and this is the best solution to use.

Keep in mind this is not for overnight cleaning or disinfecting. This is great for rinsing before putting soft contacts in after overnight cleaning or if you need to store your contacts. Lasts a long time, as very little is needed with each use.

The bottle and top design is very good. I like this size for everyday use. However, you must use a smaller sized bottle for clearing TSA with carryon bags when flying.
