It took a few days to arrive - I usually choose no rush shipping - and then I never made it out to get the rest of the ingredients so it took a week to actually make meatloaf. This pan was amazing! The grease (using fatty beef gives the meatloaf flavor) drained out and left me with a moist (sorry if the word icks you) and simply delicious and cooked evenly. The loaf was easy to get out of the pan but separating the loaf pan from the catch pan took a little finesse but the loaf did not stick and separated easily. It cleaned up quickly and seems well made enough to last years.
