Im a big Star Wars fan and this was right uo my alley. Good sound, movie accurate, could be louder but maybe thats just me. The blade is a good contruction polycarbonate, leds are nice and bright, tiny little dark rings in the LED strip in the blade but you cant tell unless your really trying to find them. You can strike things lightky with it and the sound feedback is fantastic, I would not suggest full on dueling however, the blade is sturdy, but dueling will definatley break it. The hilt/handle is a strong lightweight machined aluminum and feels well weighted in hand. I like Force FX they make great sabers for the price. Definatley gonna buy another.

If you're a Star Wars fan, then this is the collectible to get! I'm very picky with my replica memorabilia, and I must say that this light saber series are ON-POINT! Great detail on the hilt, and the sound effects are spot on with what you hear in the movie. I bought the Luke Skywalker saber for myself and got the Darth Vader Saber as a Christmas gift, and decided to mount both of them on the wall to display. No matter how old or young you are, you WILL have fun! If you want the best experience, buy two of them and duel it out with realistic "clash" sounds.
