They work, they work, they sure as heck work. Now the way the chemistry behind these is pretty interesting, but it’s more of a discussion you should have with your doctor. The most I can do is speak from my experience. After apply the contraceptive I felt an extremely slight tingle. So slight that it was negligible. My female partner and participated in the very act that these are intended for and it was tons of fun for the first 20 mins. Now after that I began to experience a problem with not being able to climax. I had to remove this contraceptive and apply a completely different one that would allow me to climax. It felt as though I was edging for far to long and my partner already had her fill 15 mins in. She did also discuss a tingling sensation as a result of the chemicals applied . I thought these would be an easy way for me to stretch my legs a bit more during my partner and I’s intimate moments, but they practically made it impossible for me to reach a logical end. I suppose these may be a good thing if you actually experience PE, but I absolutely recommend proceeding with caution if you do not have PE.

    These are incredible. I have always had performance anxiety over PE. I would never be able to last 2 minutes. I lasted 10 minutes with these tonight. It was amazing. I felt like a whole new man.

    I found that you need to put them on a few minutes before starting because the benzocaine takes a while to fully take effect. I didn't notice any tingling or burning sensation. It makes everything less sensitive so you can go longer.

    I took off one star because I have had one break. I've never had a condom break before. I'm just so happy with the benzocaine that I might get the Trojan spray and use it with a stronger condom instead.

    Still so happy though. Game changer for me.

    I only recommend these to men that may need it due to a medical condition.

    I don't have any condition; but just wanted to try them with my partner when she and I started dating. The doses per condom are random.
    Some have barely any at all and don't do anything.
    Others have WAY too much and you will lose all feeling, which is terrible.

    If you use them, put one on and wait a minute or two for the gel laced inside to take effect. Some bad reviews saying they don't do anything at all most likely didn't let the gel sit for a tiny bit.

    I ended up throwing away half the box as it wasn't too fun for me.

    Overall I don't recommend this product if you don't suffer any medical conditions. Just use any other condom without medication.
