the mouse works great, the keyboard is just right for me maybe a bit sensitive on key presses but works very well all the same
i have purchased this keyboard 3+ times for both quality and price
But i wanted to leave a note about water proofing
first off, it's meant to be spill resistant in the fact it will resist outside water damage, but still be cautious of actual water inside the keys, the inner part of this keyboard is kinda this long mat that connects all the keys, and if water gets in, it causes things to stick then a keypress can cause all the keys around it to press every time. also even hot steam can cause this, and either will also cause some keys to stop working all together.
so do not get this keyboard for "waterproofing"
but do get it for a quality keyboard and mouse for a low price.
Keyboard fails to register keypresses or doubles up characters (keyboard bounce) as if electrical contacts are VERY poor quality.
The keys on keyboard are slightly textured and barely makes any noise while typing- This a great feature for me as i usually start working from home before anyone wakes up. only downside if you have to use both hands to adjust volume- The Fn button is too far away. So this worst because i adjust volume often.
I have extra large hands at 6'3 tall and the mouse sufficiently sized. I like how light weight it is. The DPI, cursor speed, for gaming is minimal speed at highest settings. I think it unnecessarily has a dpi changer on the top, because you would just put it at the highest setting and leave it, but perhaps you can assign that button for something else.
The mouse clicks are louder than average though and feels little more plastic-ee.
There aren't any unnecessary lights on the keyboard or mouse saving the battery.
i fixed the plastic sounding feet of the keyboard and will fix the loud clicks on the mouse so this is still a good upgrade. In hindsight, I Think i would get a keyboard that has the one button volume adjust function and the wrist cushion build in.

The mouse and keyboard eat up batteries. In the 2 months that I have had the mouse it has used 10 batteries. The keyboard has used 3.
Save your money and buy something better. You'll loose money in how frustrated you will be with this product, and how many batteries you will loose.
Top reviews from other countries
The Good:
- Batteries are easy to install. May seem like an odd good, but you'd be surprised on the amount of cheaper keyboards where the battery spot is too tight or too loose causing batteries to pop out. This one was just right.
- Although they aren't back lit, the keys have clear white lettering and not an offensive font.
- Function Buttons. It's nice that on such a inexpensive wireless keyboard you get hot buttons for music, volume control. Some are a little stupid, like FN+F11 which opens up file explorer. The same thing can be achieved by pressing WIN+E on ANY keyboard which only requires one hand and you don't need to reach for the key.
Negative:
- The Keys. If you're a heavier typist, this is less of an issue. You have to press down more than I'd like to register a button press. The keys have a mushy feel to them and also are not securely seated. There is no tactile feel which for the loudness of a key press makes no sense. Each key has some serious wiggle to them which doesn't make it very pleasant to type with for more than a sentence. I wasn't expecting Cherry MX results, but out of a dozen or so membrane keyboards I've owned, this is by far the worst. It's VERY entry level.
-WASD keys are recessed! I have never seen that before. It makes for a very difficult typing experience. Usually I can type around 90wpm at around a 97% accuracy running a typing test. I went ahead and pulled out another inexpensive keyboard (sub $20 wired backlit keyboard by 1byone that was also a membrane keyboard). I managed to get 82wpm at 93% accuracy. Testing with this keyboard, I was around 52wpm and 73% accuracy. When I reviewed all my mistakes on the typing test, almost every word that was a mistake was in the WASD keys and almost any correction was a word directly after leaving one of these recessed keys. That's a total drop of 37% in my WPM and 20% drop in accuracy based on a similar membrane keyboard layout.
- Flex in the keyboard. There is WAY too much flex to they keyboard. I could literally twist this thing in two in a matter of seconds if I chose to. If you're a TV Typist (using this on your lap on the couch with your computer on the TV) you're not going to like it. Every key press causes a massive flex. The closer to the center you get, the worse the flex is. All that was required was a little more plastic on the top and the bottom of the keyboard to add a little extra rigidity to the product. But they didn't.
- Texture on the keys. The raised lettering on the gaming keys feels like sandpaper after just writing this review on it. I have actually stopped a couple of times just to rub my fingertips subconsciously. I caught myself doing it. lol. It only seems to be left hand (where the gaming keys are) and mostly effect the middle and ring fingers the most.
- The mouse. First off its too small. MUCH smaller than it appears in the picture. My primary at my house is a Logitech MX Master 2S (which is the only mouse you should really ever buy) but on a few of my less used pc's a good wireless mouse is handy to have but not used enough to justify over $100 for the Logitech. I have a Zealot wireless gaming mouse that I picked up for around $18 last year that I figured would be a fair comparison to this. It requires 2 batteries, it feels great in the palm of your hand, and it's the size you'd expect a mouse to be. It was also back lit with a 2-way adjustable scroll wheel. The one that came with this set is awful. It's truly in my top 5 for worst mice I ever owned. If you're planning on using this for longer than 10 minutes a day AVOID IT AT ALL COSTS. It is at least 15-20% smaller than what a mouse should be. Only Donald Trump's baby hands would find this mouse usable. It is not ergonomic at all. It should be illegal to call a mouse "Gaming" when a few hours of use a day would easily give you carpal tunnel syndrome. I had a cheap mouse back in the 90's when I started getting into computers and this mouse reminds me a lot of it. I remember going to the doctors for a pain in my right hand and sometimes my finger would dislocate out of it's socket and swell to twice the size forcing me to pop it back in. The doctor told me immediately it was my mouse and to replace it with a proper ergonomic mouse. I was on muscle relaxers for well over 6 weeks to bring my hand back and I owe it to a mouse that is virtually the same as this one. No. Don't use this mouse. I could go on about it randomly shutting off or occasionally jumping around the screen on a table where a dozen other mice I've tested have worked well, but even if that worked perfectly, the health of your hand isn't worth using this mouse.
- Battery life. You know by the fact that it only uses 1 AA battery for the keyboard that you wont get much juice out of it. It will last half as long as a 2 battery keyboard (which is much more common) I guess the only upside to that is you only need 1 battery to run it, but you'll be changing it twice as often.
In summation, this is a really awful combo system. Even in the $35ish price range are much better products to buy. This is a distracting keyboard that wasn't designed by a gamer. No gamer on the planet would design such an awful keyboard.
