Works Too Good……But Not For Petite Frame
I gave this four stars because it is pretty powerful and does what it says it will do but deducted a star because the massage does not reach my lower back. The heat is mild and the vibration is fine, although am not really interested in the vibration aspect. This is my own fault because I was so excited to receive it that I used it three times in six hours and really went for deep tissue but it actually left bruising on my back. No fault of the product, it was just doing what it is supposed to do. But a word to folks who are on the petite side, you may need to add a towel or a blanket in addition to the back pad provided. I also found that the rollers hit my shoulder blades where you can see the bruising and I really needed it closer to my spine. Maybe built for someone a little taller and broad shoulders. For reference I am 5‘2“. I need to return the product, but I think it would be a great buy for somebody with a bigger frame.

Also you require a chair with a high backrest that can support it. All and all it's a great product that's really affordable. I doubt they can produce a cheaper product that can do more. Definitely worth the buy if you need something to massage the back
