Great for relaxing and combo with cold plunging, super easy to use, very light weight so you can take it literally anywhere.
I recommend putting a towel under the chair to make it easier to clean.

This Sauna Gets Hot!
I've gone through a ton of sauna units and this is the first that seems to have it all together and just works.It gets hot fairly fast and will make you sweat. It's also compact enough while still being able to fit a Chad like me (I'm 6'2, 20p+ pounds).It's not easy to put together though. A 2 person job imo just because snapping the pieces together and putting the sauna cover over the pipes is hard. I also don't use the bar that acts as a gate.Besides that, it packs a punch at a good price. It's lightweight, gets hot fast, functional, and helps me recover faster.

This is a great buy for the money. This is as good as going to the spa and sitting in the steam room. However you can't stretch out. I am 5'3" and I'd like to stretch out for comfort. Timer is from 0-60 minutes you will sit up straight the whole time. Assembly is easy explained but the parts don't snap and stay in place, you connect and they come back out. So you will need another person to help hold parts in place. After a couple days of me using it the bar to get in and out of the tent fell off and it's not easily screwed back on. I use it daily and the chair does come with it. The chair is a $5 lawn chair so I'm sure it doesn't hold over 220 lbs. It also comes with a bag to pack away the cloth only but I'm sure once you assemble you won't want to go thru the trouble to assemble again. To make my dream session even better I do add 10 drops of my favorite essential oils to the water. That is the highlight of my session it makes my body relax and clears my sinuses. Overall I do really like this product. I just think the parts should snap and lock in place.

It's a shame because they spent so much time into the presentation putting bows around stuff and including a towel but the actual installation instructions or horrible. I have no idea how to connect the tank to the bodice. It's not in the paperwork instructions I absolutely hate using a QR code when you pay it a lot of money for this glossy 10 page instruction manual and then I break down and go on YouTube. You have stupid commercials and then I have to skip through till only get to you fast-forwarding through the video.

#1. you need a hammer, The pieces will repeatedly fall apart unless you have a hammer. I don't know what that guy did on the video on YouTube but it's not real.
#2. The actual tube that is supposed to stick into the bottom doesn't fit.
Now I have to return this thing package it all up this is my time that's wasted. I absolutely hate these products that have horrible instructions and all these high reviews are crap.
Keep your free towel. Give me thorough instructions. You paid all the money for the glossy pages with incorrect instructions.
