After reading a number of "not-so-satisfied" reviews about the Tape King tape gun, I was a little hesitant to purchase it. However, as I am always in need of a great tape gun, I just "took-the-plunge," said "what the heck," and purchased it.

I'm glad that I trusted my instincts; my instincts did not prove me wrong. This tape gun is an absolutely outstanding product. In the past I've owned countless tape guns, and none of them served my needs, nor my expectations.

The Tape King tape gun FAR EXCEEDED my expectations. I'm very mechanically inclined, so setting up and using a new tape gun was the least of my worries; but there were no worries with the Tape King tape gun. There is absolutely NO setup required. This tape gun was ridiculously easy to put into service.

Just devote about five minutes of your precious time to reading the well-documented, easy-to-follow instructions, and then "get to taping." My Tape King tape gun went from the box to completion of a number of taping projects in ten minutes.

I am very impressed with the quality, the performance, the durability, and the simply brilliant design of this tape gun. And, as an added bonus, Tape King packages two (2) tape guns and an extra roll of tape in a sturdy box.

Now that I've put the Tape King tape gun through its paces, and it has proven itself admirably, I can toss all the other tape guns I've accumulated, and that are just collecting dust in my garage.

To the reader: I rarely give a product "Five Stars," but the Tape King tape gun definitely earned its well-deserved "Five Stars."

I really like this tape dispenser. It is well made and easy to use. It's sturdy and has a nice grip. So far it has held up to repeated use. I think it will last me a long time. I also liked that shortly after my order, the company emailed me some helpful tips on how to use it when it arrived. My one minor complaint is that it doesn't have a latch or mechanism to keep the tape in place. If you try to tape around a box and you rotate the dispenser, the tape can slide out. You have to keep the dispenser straight, at the same angle, which makes taping around a large item a little difficult. Overall though, this is a very nice, quality dispenser at a reasonable price. I would recommend.

This has made the job of packing boxes ready for our house move that bit easier and quicker.
Easy to load and easy to use. Not having to constantly look for and pick at the end of the tape to get started is the main benefit. The cutter has saved having to keep grabbing I’m for the scissors too. It’s definitely speeded up the whole process of building the boxes and sealing up the bubble wrap. Well worth the price to save that time.
The cutter is very sharp so make sure you replace the cover when you’re not using it.
It does it’s job very well.

The tape gun is excellent - the tape cutter is excellent and cuts the tape easily. I have found many that don't cut very well - this one is superb and I would strongly recommend it.

I do prefer the "silent" tape though, rather than the one supplied with the gun (but it's still good tape).
