You get what you pay for I guess. But this bellow is already fire-damaged and we've only been using it for a week or two. Any no, we have not misused it. The material is cheap and definitely not heat resistant.I'm not happy.

    When I opened the box I was struck by the beauty of its decorative yet functional design. It is not a large unit but works fine for my use in a small wood stove to get a new fire started from coals remaining from the previous fire. Before getting this reasonably priced bellows, I had been blowing on the coals. That worked but I usually got my face covered with smoke and ash as a result. Now I can be well back from the action and direct the stream of air exactly where it is best. Love it.
