    Doesn't explain the moves.
    This workout DVD is a joke. The dancers/narrators don't explain the moves or break down the dances. You would have to be very experienced in choreography to know what's going on. I use the Zumba 101 dvd regularly and it's much better than this. I was so excited to add new moves and dances to my routine. Never gonna happen tho. Also, there are so many close ups of the dancers faces that I can't see or figure out what's going on in the dance. Boooo.I gave it 2 stars because the DVD plays and was shipped quickly.

      I love this video! I cannot dance. I have no sense of Rhythm. But I can follow the teaching in this video and learn the moves. I am actually enjoying using this video so much. If you wanted to learn zumba and cannot follow along in the gym classes or even most of the zumba teaching videos, use this one. It works. I, who am clumsy as an ox, am learning zumba and enjoying it and not having that terrible discouraged feeling during the lesson. Instead, I have a happy feeling. Also, one last bit; the teacher speaks calmly and clearly instead of shouting and carrying on like an idiot. It's a really good video if you want to learn zumba.

      As far as the workouts go, they are good and as high energy as you want them to be. I am a dancer (not professional), but dancing my whole life, and have done many Zumba classes throughout the years. Now, if you are not a dancer or have never done Zumba, unless you have a player that slows down the speed, these will be a bit difficult for you. The only flaw for me is the visual. The woman's baggy odd pants are just weird to look at, as are those boots everyone (except one) is wearing. I am a very visual woman so it's hard to look at this. I do realize this is petty and has nothing to do with the DVD itself but just wanted to express!

      I was looking for a new Zumba workout that I didn’t already have. Turns out this one is just clips from other longer videos. So I’ve already seen all of these workouts. I still love Zumba but I wish they didn’t sell this one as a new separate DVD. Better to buy the Zumba Incredible Slim Down cardio dance system. That’s where the Zumba Blitz videos come from.

      Its a good workout. I like that the time is broken out in 20 minute segments. I would recommend warming up on your own first because the time allotted on the DVD isnt enough. The same is true for cooling down, stretching is not included.

      I was very disappointed when the package arrived damaged. The case was dented however the DVD worked. But what really made me mad was that I already have these EXACT same workouts. I purchased Zumba Incredible Slimdown and I love it and I wanted to purchase additional Zumba workouts for variety but this is simply an EXACT COPY of what I already have just in a different package with a different name. I have no use for this copy.

      If you only have time for a 20 minute workout these are great! It takes a few times to get the hang of the moves but overall fairly easy to follow. Best not to take it too seriously...just move your body and have fun! It's all exercise! :) I enjoy the humour of the instructors and the variety of dance genres. There is even a mashup of salsa, Indian and country western that is pretty funny. It keeps me entertained. Good cardio and strength training via rapid repetitions of squats and raising your arms.
