    Just the other night, it occurred to me that I wanted to have my own Nativity set. I had always assumed I would inherit my parents', but it has died of old age. Years ago, someone gave me a Willow Tree figurine and I love it.

    So when I had this thought around 1 AM on 12/20, I thought, "I wonder if I can get a Willow Tree Nativity set before Christmas." It seemed an absurd idea but I pulled out my phone and opened the Amazon app. There it was. Exactly as I had hoped it would be.

    And Amazon delivered it on 12/21! This was the estimated delivery date, but I had been skeptical that it could really happen, given the holiday rush. It is beautiful and makes my heart sing. The one impulse buy that I will never regret.
