100% Best Soft backed brace I've found!
I've owned eight different backbraces. I only had one that I really liked. I finally wore it out. I wasted money on the copper fit. That one was okay. But this brace is the first one the actually was so comfortable unable to wear it all day long. I even found that I left one of my pain pills in the pill tree yesterday for the first time and I can't remember how long. This brace is amazingly good. I'm actually right now going to buy a second one so I have a spare. I have middieval torture back pain And this support is comfortable but firm. I forget that i'm wearing it. I cannot recommend this enough. I don't usually give these kind of reviews but this brace deserves it. It's exactly what I needed.

    I got this to help with a herniated disc. Wear it mostly when driving as extra protection for the back, but also if I need to lift or move heavier things around the house.     I checked out every single one available and I am glad that I chose this one. Very good quality, easy to adjust to the support you need, strong Velcro. I have a V shaped upper body and the front vertical plastic support strips jabbed the muscles on my sides when sitting down. So I removed them as they really were not necessary in the front anyway, much more comfortable now. And I can tighten it more without side discomfort. Great product, small adjustment, lower back pain is getting better quickly now with proper support.

    I'm older and work as a volunteer once a week in a place that requires a lot of standing. If I was younger and in better shape, it probably wouldn't be an issue, but as it is, by the end of my 4-hour shift, my back is killing me. Enter the back brace. I strap this baby on at the beginning of my shift under my clothing. At the end of the day, I still feel great. The fact that wearing under my clothing makes me look fatter doesn't matter because at my age, who cares? The way to wear it is to wrap it around a little low on your waist so that there's some pressure on the sacrum. The main part doesn't stretch much. Once that's in place, tighten up the stretchy side bands, which helps you suck in your gut and put pressure on your low back to help keep it in the proper position. Love it.

    About a decade ago, I had a back fusion that has caused me intermittend problems. My lower back would tighten up and I would have pain severe enough that I could not walk or participate in activities. I tried many things, including TENS, hot cold, rxs, you name it. As a last ditch effort I ordered this lumbar brace to replace the surgical one(s) I had been using but were getting old. Immediately it eased some of my pain. Right out of the box (which was easy to open) I was able to understand the way the belt worked and the direction it should go on. This belt has (you can see fom the picture) extra bands to tighten (or loosen) the back to suit support and pain levels. I wore the belt resting and over my clothes. Wearing it over my clothes felt a little more supportive. Over time, the pain went away from wearing the belt, and when I forgot to wear it, it sure let me know I felt better putting it back on. Overall, I feel it is really healing me from these additional injuries and insults my back has had since surgery. Compared to other things I have tried, I feel this is the first thing I would use, and in conjunction with a topical pain spray, I have better pain control. I would say the belt cuts my overall pain in half. This is a full price paid review. [...]. I am happy to answer any questions about the product or my review.     THIS SUPPORT BELT IS STELLAR..... Custom adjustment, easy to wear and to remove, provides awesome support that you can adjust as per your needs and how your day goes.....I wish I would have had this belt when I was working in a physically demanding job during my teens....I wear this over my clothes including at the gym to protect my back and when I'm doing a lot of hard labour. Looks great and I love that ..like i previously mentioned....you can readjust it at any time you need less or more support. Personally I think this belt is designed to impressive detail...from the aerated portions primarily for your back ( if you're lifting a lot your back tends to sweat a lot so this helps a lot!), there are rubbery bits that keep it place and I love the adjustable areas. Black is always a winner and the logo is clean and professional and properly positioned and in proportion to the size of the belt. I have purchased three of these belts including a couple for my teens who use them at the gym to protect their backs and at work where they are required to lift a lot of heavy boxes. Regardless to say, the price point for this item is quite reasonable and well worth it. It is without hesitation that I recommend you invest in this product to protect your back..... awesome all around :D
